Tenant Settings
The Settings page lets you configure your workspace identity, regional defaults, and brand colour — all in one place. Go to Settings in the left sidebar (or navigate to /settings).
Company Information
| Field | Description |

| Company Name | Your tenant name; appears in the platform header, system emails, and exported documents. Changing it does not affect your subdomain or custom domains. |
| Phone | Your organisation's contact phone number |
| Website | Your organisation's website URL |
| Address | Postal address used in system-generated documents |
Regional Settings
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Timezone | Controls how all dates and timestamps are displayed across the platform for all users. Choose from the full IANA timezone list (e.g., Africa/Accra, America/New_York, Europe/London). |
| Currency | Default currency code (ISO 4217, e.g., GHS, USD, EUR) used in invoices, financial reports, and POS transactions. Individual modules may support multi-currency overrides. |
| Date Format | Controls how dates are displayed (e.g., 27/02/2026, 02/27/2026, 2026-02-27). |
Changing the timezone affects how all timestamps are displayed across the platform for all users. Inform your team before making this change.
Brand Colour
The Brand Color field (a hex colour code, e.g., #0146C7) is used for buttons and accent elements throughout your workspace interface. Enter the hex value and click Save Settings.
Saving Changes
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the form to apply all changes at once.
Settings changes apply to the tenant interface and outgoing system emails. They do not affect the public Faciotech marketing site.
